2、认为电源是锁在(zai)箱(xiang)体上(shang),而箱(xiang)体之间是相互用(yong)锁扣与结构连接,所以结构接地(di)就代表电源也接地(di)。


此两类做法存在(zai)误(wu)区,我们的(de)(de)(de)立柱(zhu)是(shi)与地(di)基的(de)(de)(de)地(di)脚螺栓保持连接(jie)(jie)(jie),而地(di)脚螺栓是(shi)预埋在(zai)混凝(ning)土里(li)面的(de)(de)(de),混凝(ning)土的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)阻在(zai)100-500Ω的(de)(de)(de)范围(wei)内,接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)电(dian)阻过(guo)高将(jiang)导(dao)致漏(lou)电(dian)流泄放不(bu)及(ji)时(shi)(shi)或存在(zai)残留。我们的(de)(de)(de)箱(xiang)体(ti)表(biao)面有喷(pen)涂油漆,而油漆是(shi)电(dian)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)良导(dao)体(ti),将(jiang)会导(dao)致箱(xiang)体(ti)连接(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)(jie)触不(bu)良或接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)电(dian)阻升高,有可能出(chu)现电(dian)火(huo)花(hua)干扰屏体(ti)信号(hao)。随(sui)着时(shi)(shi)间的(de)(de)(de)推移,箱(xiang)体(ti)或结(jie)构表(biao)面将(jiang)会出(chu)现氧化和(he)锈蚀,螺丝(si)等(deng)固定件也随(sui)着温差变化导(dao)致的(de)(de)(de)热胀冷缩(suo)逐渐松(song)动。将(jiang)会导(dao)致结(jie)构接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)的(de)(de)(de)效果减弱(ruo)甚至完(wan)全失效。形成安全隐患。导(dao)致漏(lou)流触电(dian)、芯(xin)片受(shou)干扰损坏等(deng)安全事故的(de)(de)(de)发生。

那(nei)么,标准的接(jie)地(di)应该是(shi)怎样(yang)的呢(ni)?如(ru)下所(suo)(suo)示:电(dian)源输入(ru)端(duan)(duan)有(you)3个接(jie)线(xian)(xian)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)(zi),分别是(shi)火线(xian)(xian)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)(zi)、零线(xian)(xian)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)(zi)和(he)接(jie)地(di)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)(zi)。正确的接(jie)地(di)做法(fa)是(shi)使用接(jie)地(di)专(zhuan)用的黄绿双色线(xian)(xian)将所(suo)(suo)有(you)电(dian)源地(di)线(xian)(xian)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)(zi)串接(jie)并(bing)锁紧,然(ran)后引出连接(jie)至接(jie)地(di)端(duan)(duan)。

如果现场(chang)没有接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)端(duan)子(zi),可以连接(jie)(jie)至铁质(zhi)自来(lai)水(shui)管或铁质(zhi)下(xia)水(shui)管道(dao)等埋设与(yu)大(da)地(di)(di)并与(yu)大(da)地(di)(di)保持良好(hao)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)的(de)管道(dao)上,为保证(zheng)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)良好(hao)应在(zai)此类自然接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)体(ti)上焊接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)线(xian)端(duan)子(zi),然后将(jiang)地(di)(di)线(xian)紧锁在(zai)接(jie)(jie)线(xian)端(duan)子(zi)上,不得(de)捆绑连接(jie)(jie)。但煤(mei)气等易燃(ran)易爆和的(de)管道(dao)不得(de)使(shi)用(yong)。或者(zhe)现场(chang)埋设接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)体(ti)。接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)体(ti)可以采用(yong)角(jiao)钢(gang)或者(zhe)钢(gang)管,水(shui)平或者(zhe)竖直埋入大(da)地(di)(di)中作为简易接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)点(dian)(dian),接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)点(dian)(dian)应选择偏僻的(de)地(di)(di)方(fang),以免行人(ren)或者(zhe)车辆破坏接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)体(ti)。

我们接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)时(shi)(shi)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)阻必须小于4欧姆,以(yi)保(bao)证漏电(dian)流(liu)的及时(shi)(shi)泄(xie)放(fang)。需(xu)要(yao)注意的是,防(fang)雷(lei)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)端(duan)在泄(xie)放(fang)雷(lei)击电(dian)流(liu)时(shi)(shi)由于大(da)地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)流(liu)的扩散需(xu)要(yao)一定时(shi)(shi)间,短时(shi)(shi)间内(nei)会导致大(da)地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)位升高(gao),如(ru)果LED显示(shi)屏接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)联接(jie)至防(fang)雷(lei)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)端(duan),这(zhei)时(shi)(shi)大(da)地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)位比显示(shi)屏要(yao)高(gao),雷(lei)击电(dian)流(liu)将会沿顺这(zhei)地(di)(di)(di)线传递(di)至屏体,造成设备损坏(huai)。所(suo)以(yi)LED显示(shi)屏这(zhei)种保(bao)护(hu)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)不得联结至防(fang)雷(lei)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)端(duan)上,保(bao)护(hu)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)端(duan)必须距离(li)防(fang)雷(lei)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)端(duan)20米以(yi)上。防(fang)止地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)位的反击。


LED接(jie)地(di)注意事项总结:

1、每个电源都(dou)必须从接(jie)地端子接(jie)地,并(bing)锁(suo)紧(jin);

2、接地电(dian)阻(zu)不得大于4Ω;

3、地线(xian)应为专属导(dao)线(xian),严禁(jin)和零线(xian)联接;

4、地线上不得安(an)装空开或熔(rong)断器(qi);

5、地线(xian)和接(jie)地端子都应(ying)远离防(fang)雷接(jie)地端20以上;


严禁(jin)部分设(she)(she)备(bei)采用保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)(jie)地来(lai)代(dai)替保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)(jie)零,造(zao)成保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)(jie)地和保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)(jie)零混接(jie)(jie)错接(jie)(jie)。当(dang)某一保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)(jie)地设(she)(she)备(bei)的绝缘损(sun)坏,发生相线(xian)碰壳时,零线(xian)出现对地电压(ya),于是使保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)(jie)零设(she)(she)备(bei)的外壳上就产生了危险电压(ya)。


因此(ci),在(zai)同一母(mu)线(xian)供电(dian)的(de)线(xian)路中,保护接地(di)(di)和保护接零不能混用,即不可把一部(bu)分电(dian)气(qi)设备接零,而(er)将另一部(bu)分电(dian)气(qi)设备接地(di)(di)。一般市(shi)电(dian)都采(cai)用接零保护,故使用市(shi)电(dian)的(de)电(dian)气(qi)设备,应(ying)采(cai)取接零保护。


4、保护接(jie)零注(zhu)意事项

(1)在保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)零(ling)的电(dian)(dian)气系统中(zhong)。零(ling)线(xian)起(qi)着至关重要(yao)的作用。一旦零(ling)线(xian)断(duan)开,接(jie)在断(duan)线(xian)处(chu)(chu)后(hou)面的一段(duan)线(xian)路的电(dian)(dian)气设(she)备相(xiang)当于(yu)没有(you)(you)了保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)零(ling)和(he)保(bao)(bao)护接(jie)地,若在零(ling)线(xian)断(duan)处(chu)(chu)后(hou)面有(you)(you)电(dian)(dian)气设(she)备外(wai)壳漏电(dian)(dian)则不构(gou)成(cheng)短路回路,而(er)使熔体(ti)熔断(duan)。不但(dan)该台设(she)备外(wai)壳带有(you)(you)电(dian)(dian)压,而(er)且使得断(duan)线(xian)处(chu)(chu)后(hou)面的所有(you)(you)设(she)备的外(wai)壳都存(cun)在接(jie)近电(dian)(dian)源相(xiang)电(dian)(dian)压的对地电(dian)(dian)压,触电(dian)(dian)危险性将扩大。


所有电气设备(bei)接(jie)保(bao)护(hu)接(jie)零(ling)(ling)线(xian)(xian)均(jun)应以并(bing)联方式接(jie)在(zai)电源零(ling)(ling)线(xian)(xian)上(shang),不允许串联,并(bing)用螺栓压(ya)紧,牢固(gu)可靠,接(jie)触良好。在(zai)零(ling)(ling)线(xian)(xian)上(shang),禁(jin)止安装(zhuang)保(bao)险和单独开关。在(zai)特殊的环境中,零(ling)(ling)线(xian)(xian)做防(fang)腐处理也就不言(yan)而(er)喻了(le)。


(2)中(zhong)性(xing)点不(bu)接(jie)地(di)的(de)(de)三(san)相(xiang)四线制配电(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)统中(zhong),不(bu)允(yun)许用(yong)保(bao)护(hu)接(jie)零(ling),只(zhi)能用(yong)保(bao)护(hu)接(jie)地(di)。系(xi)(xi)统中(zhong)任意(yi)一相(xiang)发生接(jie)地(di),整个系(xi)(xi)统仍照常运行,但大地(di)与接(jie)地(di)线等(deng)电(dian)(dian)位,则接(jie)在零(ling)线上的(de)(de)用(yong)电(dian)(dian)设备外壳对(dui)地(di)电(dian)(dian)压降等(deng)于接(jie)地(di)的(de)(de)相(xiang)线从(cong)接(jie)地(di)点到中(zhong)性(xing)点的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)压值,是十分危险(xian)的(de)(de)。


(3)在采(cai)用保护接(jie)零系统(tong)中还(hai)要在电源中性(xing)点(dian)进(jin)行工作接(jie)地(di)(di)和零线(xian)一(yi)定间隔(ge)距(ju)离及终端进(jin)行重(zhong)复接(jie)地(di)(di)。在中性(xing)点(dian)接(jie)地(di)(di)的系统(tong)中除将变压器中性(xing)点(dian)做接(jie)地(di)(di)外,沿零线(xian)走(zou)向的一(yi)处(chu)或者(zhe)多处(chu)再次将零线(xian)接(jie)地(di)(di)叫重(zhong)复接(jie)地(di)(di)。


其作用(yong)是(shi)(shi)当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)气设(she)(she)(she)备(bei)(bei)外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)漏(lou)(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时(shi)可以降低(di)对(dui)地电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)。当零线(xian)断(duan)时(shi)也减轻触电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)危(wei)险(xian)(xian)。当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)气设(she)(she)(she)备(bei)(bei)外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)漏(lou)(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时(shi),经相线(xian)、零线(xian)构成短路回路,短路电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)将熔断(duan)保险(xian)(xian)。设(she)(she)(she)备(bei)(bei)外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)随之断(duan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),不(bu)会(hui)出现触电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)危(wei)险(xian)(xian)。但是(shi)(shi)保险(xian)(xian)熔断(duan)之前设(she)(she)(she)备(bei)(bei)带(dai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),对(dui)人身(shen)还是(shi)(shi)有危(wei)险(xian)(xian)的(de)。若在接(jie)(jie)近(jin)设(she)(she)(she)备(bei)(bei)处再加接(jie)(jie)地装置(zhi),即(ji)实(shi)行(xing)重复(fu)接(jie)(jie)地,带(dai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)设(she)(she)(she)备(bei)(bei)的(de)导体(ti)部(bu)分(fen)对(dui)地电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)降低(di)。


(4)保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)接零必须有可(ke)靠(kao)灵敏(min)的短路(lu)保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)装置来配(pei)合,因此,熔(rong)断丝严禁用铜丝等金属材(cai)料来代(dai)替符合要求的金属熔(rong)断丝,否则(ze)接零保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)将失去(qu)其保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)作用。
